Information we monitor about visitors to our website

• Contact the clients
• Maintaining company records for accounting and auditing purposes

How we store this data

• We store this information securely electronically, on one computer.
• It will be deleted once a period of 6 years has elapsed

Data sharing

We do not share any information about clients with any third party without consent. This would only be shared with other contractors, i.e. scaffolders, suppliers delivering materials/skips.

Where it is legally required, or necessary (and it complies with data protection law) we may share personal information about clients with:

• Local authorities
• Our accountant
• Police forces, courts, tribunals

Individuals have a right to make a ‘subject access request’ to gain access to personal information that Able Roofing holds about them.
